Stephanie has been a dedicated member of the team for three years. She’s known for her creativity, compassion, and strong work ethic. Outside of work, she enjoys decorating, cooking, spending time with animals, and pouring her big heart into everything she does.
Jessica Parsons
Business Office Manager
Jessica has been part of the Polaris family for nine years. She began her journey as a CNA and, through hard work and dedication, transitioned into the business office where she now leads as Director. Her firsthand understanding of both clinical and administrative roles brings depth to her leadership.
Marcus Martinez
Maintenance Director
Marcus has been with us since December three years ago. A proud father of four daughters, he brings joy, positivity, and a global perspective as a world traveler to his leadership in maintenance.

Jenna has been with the team for just over two years. She began as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and now serves as the Director of Rehab, known for her dedication to patient care and team development.
